Whitney Biennial!

My kind artist friend Kai Althoff commissioned me to weave this massive ethereal shimmering curtain for his installation in the Whitney Biennial which will open March 1 in New York. If you are able to make it to the show, check out this piece, which I was working on during the end of my wife Iris’ pregnancy, and the beginning of my young son Louis’ life! In fact Iris helped me wind on the warp for the second to last panel after her water broke!
